Roasted Maple Brussels Sprouts

Even haters seem to love them made this way.

I love brussels sprouts but realize they are not everyone’s dish of tea LOL

However, made like this–roasted with a touch of sweet maple syrup just may make a hater into a lover.

Coincidentally I also just posted roasted maple Brussels sprouts! Mine are slightly different, with balsamic vinegar added near the end, and I use small sprouts so I don't cut them in half. Great minds think alike?

I think I pinned your recipe too Mary!! I just love brussels sprouts and can't get enough of them. Even plain steamed is OK in my book!
