Raspberry Smoothie
Jazzberry Smoothie

Perfect breakfast or lunch for these hot summer days.

We’re in the middle of a vicious heat wave here on the east coast.  I was hungry but didn’t want to cook breakfast (nor lunch).  Frankly, these high 90s or 100 degree temps really take the stuffing out of you.  I mean who wants to even move?  So what could be easier to make, cool and nourishing?  A smoothie, of course!!
