Many new and exciting dishes coming in the next year.  I’ll be featuring more “healthy” dishes in the mix and plan to do more vegan/vegetarian main courses as well.  Many personal friends and followers are either vegetarians or have decided to go meatless a few times a week.
I’ll also be showcasing foods based on grains, especially quinoa, which is one of my favorite things at the moment.  Made scrumptious fried “rice” the other night with quinoa substituted for the rice.  It was vegetarian too.

Sure, we’ll still have all those baked goods you feel guilty about eating (insert big smile here)–but life is for living and you just HAVE to treat yourself sometimes–right?
