|Mom’s Sausage and Potato Bake|
This is comfort food at it’s best and so tasty too. Perfect if made in a halogen oven. Just did it and it takes half the time and the potatoes are oh SO crispy!!! This is a great little oven. Inexpensive and highly rated. The thermostat is in Celsius (because it’s a Euro model) but if you multiply degrees C by 2, then you’ll get roughly our temps in F.
- 8 large Italian sausage links, hot, sweet or specially flavored
- 4 large potatoes, cut in chunks
- 3 tbs. chopped onion
- 2 tbs olive oil
- oil to lightly coat pan surface
- salt & pepper to taste
