I love the idea of going against the wintery trend and baking up something super tropical for the holidays. Very creative.

We're celebrating our favorite holiday recipes on this month's Shine Supper Club. Perhaps you'll consider contributing this recipe!

    This sounds really good…
At what point in the recipe do you add the egg? thanks!

I would add the egg with the butter and cream cheese. Sorry about that, I just copied the recipe my blogging partner provided–I didn't make these, she did. I only took the pics for this. I'll correct that and thanks for bringing it to my attention! Happy New Year!

Looks yummy. But how about the orange peel? When do you add them? Thanks.

With most recipes it can be added anywhere, but I'd do it with the extract. Thank you again for pointing this out and I will add it. I will also ask Linda to look over the recipes she gave me to verify completeness. We were in a rush to get them up here and didn't proofread very completely. Mea culpea…and Happy New Year.
