A friend recently started me on a rip with coconut creme flavored Coffee Mate. Of course I was forced into buying a huge bottle of the stuff.
What’s strange is that I’m a black-no-sugar coffee person and have been for close to 40 years now.
Since I’m sure I’ll tire of it long before it’s gone, I’m trying to think of some other uses. Years ago when I ran out of cream, I used an amaretto flavored creamer in a cookie’s icing and it was superb. In fact, it made the cookie what it was.
