Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes diced
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 2 tbsp coarsely chopped cilantro
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 jalapeño seeded, deveined and diced
  • Salt & pepper to taste.

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight as it tastes better the next day.
