Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts

- 1 lb fresh brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Wash sprouts. Cut stems off sprout bottoms, then cut into quarters through stem. Place in a large bowl and toss with oil, salt and pepper.
Lay sprouts in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with maple syrup.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes, turning half-way during cook time.
