A quick and easy peanut butter sauce that has multiple uses!
It’s a hack of a quick caramel sauce and tastes just delicious.

My main use for this is when I make home made ice cream, but I’ve also used it in poke cakes, for sundae toppings and dessert toppings.
It’s quick and easy–takes less than 10 minutes.
Peanut Butter Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs light corn syrup
Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan.
Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and bubble form around the edge of the sauce.
Makes 1 cup
