Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Line a large baking sheet with foil then spray with non-stick spray.
Mix 1/3 cup of the chili sauce with all other ingredients in a large bowl. Reserve the remaining chili sauce for later.
Shape meat into 1 in/2.5 cm balls and place on prepared sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked all the way through.
Remove cooked meatballs to a large bowl and coat with the remaining chili sauce.

Ground turkey may be substituted for the ground beef (nutritional information is calculated for ground beef)Fresh ginger may be substituted. Use 1 tsp finely minced fresh.May be prepared in an air fryer. Cook in a single layer (you will have to cook in batches) at 350F/180C for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket midway through the cooking time.
