- 1/2 each of red orange and yellow bell pepper
- 3 green onions sliced
- 8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tbs sesame seed optional, for garnish
Sauce:
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
- 1 tsp honey
Cook noodles as per package directions; drain and set aside.
Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add the garlic and bell peppers. Stir fry until peppers are crisp-tender. Discard garlic.
Add the cooked noodles and the sauce. Toss to coat.
May be served hot or chilled.
