Air Fryer Ranch Chicken

  • 1 whole chicken (about 4 lbcut up into 8 parts -OR- equivalent pre-cut chicken
  • oil for spraying

Seasoned Flour

  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 1/4 cup Ranch Seasoning -OR- 1 envelope ranch dressing/dip mix


  • Place flour and ranch seasoning mix in a plastic zipper bag and shake to combine.
  • Coat chicken parts with seasoned flour and place in a single layer in the air fryer basket skin side down. Spray lightly with oil.
  • Cook at 370 degrees F for 12 minutes; turn, spray lightly with oil and cook for an additional 12-14 minutes or until chicken is 165 degrees/juices run clear.
  • Unless your air fryer is very large, you will have to cook this in shifts. If you do, repeat above steps. Times are based on air fryers that are 1700-1800Your times may vary.
