A lot of cooking going on here–have my sister and brother-in-law visiting from the UK at the moment. Not much time for pics, but they will be coming.
Next on deck will be a wonderful broccoli/cheese casserole. It’s supposed to be a side dish, but I’ve eaten this one many times as a meal. It’s rich and satisfying. Showcasing this casserole will be my new 2-quart Pillivuyt gratin on it’s maiden voyage.
All of us plan to spend some time with friend and blogging partner Linda. A trip being planned for next week to The Christmas Tree Shoppe & Hobby Lobby. Lot’s of Christmas things now being displayed there according to Linda, and many at 50% discount. As my brother-in-law is a nut about Christmas decorating, this will be much enjoyed.
