This was so good! I made it with Jasmine Brown rice and used green peppers instead of red, but my husband swore it broke his flu fever after he ate it. Can’t wait to make again!

My hubby and I loved this recipe. Its quick, easy and healthy. Next time I’ll switch to brown rice. Thanks for a great recipe!
