I’d cover it for longer-term storage. Just loosely with a sheet of aluminum foil should do it.

You know me. I like to experiment and I tried it substituting 8 oz of pineapple yogurt for half a container of whipped topping and I added a small size instant coconut pudding mix. Voil-la – pina colada dessert.

PS. If it seems to thicken to much due to the pudding mix I add some pineapple juice by tablespoons until it is the creamy consistency I want.
