Cooking Classes
Periodically, I offer class instruction for the following:
- Basic Techniques
- Asian Cuisine
- All-American Cuisine
- Comfort Food Cuisine
- Cake Baking Basics
- Cookie Baking Basics
- Making Cheesecakes
- Getting The Most From Your Gas Grill
Fees for Class Instruction
$40 per adult
$30 for kids 13 & over
$60 for adult and one child (signed together)
Fees include all groceries supplied and utensils (except knives, please bring your own set–and make sure they are sharp)
Classes are held either in my home (small groups) or at the Cairo (NY) Masonic Temple for larger groups.
Please email if interested in a class. They are only offered if at least 3 people are interested in a particular subject.
Be sure to bring your cameras to class so you can take photos of your beautiful food!
