Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower
Great as a side or a snack
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 head fresh cauliflower
Cut head of cauliflower into smaller florets (size is your choice).
Place cauliflower in a large bowl and add the olive oil. Toss to coat well.
Mix the garlic powder, Parmesan, bread crumbs and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle over cauliflower and toss to coat.
Air fry at 400F/200C for 10-15 minutes or until crisp-tender and coating is golden. Ovens vary so your time may be slightly less or more. Tested in a 5Q basket-style 1500W.
