Cranberry Sauce
Homemade cranberry sauce is easier to make than you might think, and it tastes SO much better than sauce from a can!

- 12 oz fresh cranberries (1 bag is usually 12 oz)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 strip orange peel 1/2-inch x 2-inches
- 2 tbs water
Mix all ingredients in a medium saucpan
Heat over medium heat stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Bring to boil and allow to boil for 10 minutes.
Cool to room temperature and refrigerate until ready to use.
