1box2-layer size, 15+ oz white cake mix--I used Duncan Hines
1-2tspgreen food coloringoptional
1/2cupmint morselssee NOTES
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Blend cake mix, eggs, oil and food coloring (if using) in a large bowl.
Fold in the mint & chocolate morsels.
Shape into balls about the size of a walnut and place 2-inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Let the cookies cool for 2 minutes on the baking sheet. Remove to a rack to cool completely.
If you cannot find mint morsels--you can use 1 cup Andes Candies baking bits and omit the chocolate chips, or you can omit the mint morsels, use 1 tsp peppermint extract in the batter and up the amount of chocolate chips to 1 cup.
