  • 2 tbsp kosher salt see NOTES
  • 2 tbsp high-quality smoked paprika
  • 3 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tsp thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tsp white pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed dry rosemary -OR- crushed dried tarragon optional


  • Mix all ingredients and store in a tightly sealed jar. Don't store in direct light.


If you want a lower sodium mix, leave the salt out and replace with an equal amount of lemon zest. You can also cut the amount of salt to 1 tbs and add 1 tbs of lemon zest.
