Chipotle Chili Deviled Eggs
My copycat of La Grande Orange Cafe’s deviled eggs
- 6 jumbo eggs hard cooked
- 2 tsp chipotle chili powder
- 1 Tbs Dijon mustard
- 2 tbs pickle relish
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2-4 tbs mayonnaise
- 1 slice bacon cooked to crisp and diced
Carefully scoop yolks out of the eggs into a small bowl.
Add the chili powder, mustard, relish garlic powder and salt. Mash well.
Mix in the mayonnaise, starting with the lowest amount. Only add enough so the mixture holds together.
Pipe or spoon equal amounts of the yolk mixture into each egg.
