Ingredients

  • 6 jumbo eggs hard cooked
  • 2 tsp chipotle chili powder
  • 1 Tbs Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbs pickle relish
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2-4 tbs mayonnaise
  • 1 slice bacon cooked to crisp and diced

Instructions

  • Carefully scoop yolks out of the eggs into a small bowl.
  • Add the chili powder, mustard, relish garlic powder and salt. Mash well.
  • Mix in the mayonnaise, starting with the lowest amount. Only add enough so the mixture holds together.
  • Pipe or spoon equal amounts of the yolk mixture into each egg.
