Air Fryer Ranch Chicken
Crispy and quick chicken made in the air fryer
- 1 whole chicken (about 4 lbcut up into 8 parts -OR- equivalent pre-cut chicken
- oil for spraying
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1/4 cup Ranch Seasoning -OR- 1 envelope ranch dressing/dip mix
Place flour and ranch seasoning mix in a plastic zipper bag and shake to combine.
Coat chicken parts with seasoned flour and place in a single layer in the air fryer basket skin side down. Spray lightly with oil.
Cook at 370 degrees F for 12 minutes; turn, spray lightly with oil and cook for an additional 12-14 minutes or until chicken is 165 degrees/juices run clear.
Unless your air fryer is very large, you will have to cook this in shifts. If you do, repeat above steps. Times are based on air fryers that are 1700-1800Your times may vary.
