Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs shells removed and patted dry
  • 1 lb bulk sausage meat
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Divide sausage meat into 6 equal portions. Flatten the sausage in a circle about 1/4-inch thick.
  • Wrap each piece of sausage around each egg, making sure the egg is completely sealed in the sausage meat.
  • Roll each egg in the flour, then dip in the beaten egg and roll in the breadcrumbs
  • Place the eggs in the air fryer and air fry at 390F/200C for 12 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
