Air Fryer Scotch Eggs
Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner
- 6 hard-cooked eggs shells removed and patted dry
- 1 lb bulk sausage meat
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Divide sausage meat into 6 equal portions. Flatten the sausage in a circle about 1/4-inch thick.
Wrap each piece of sausage around each egg, making sure the egg is completely sealed in the sausage meat.
Roll each egg in the flour, then dip in the beaten egg and roll in the breadcrumbs
Place the eggs in the air fryer and air fry at 390F/200C for 12 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
