  • 1/2 each of red orange and yellow bell pepper
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 8 oz lo mein noodles or spaghetti
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 tbs sesame seed optional, for garnish


  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp chili paste
  • 1 tsp honey


  • Cook noodles as per package directions; drain and set aside.
  • Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add the garlic and bell peppers. Stir fry until peppers are crisp-tender. Discard garlic.
  • Add the cooked noodles and the sauce. Toss to coat.
  • May be served hot or chilled.
