Honey Sriracha Wings

Seasoned Flour:
- 1 cup cake flour preferred
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp hot paprika
Sauce:
- 4 tbs melted butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sriracha
- 1 clove garlic pressed or finely minced
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs fresh lime juice
Mix seasoned flour ingredients in a large plastic bag; set aside.
Cut tips off wings and discard. Separate wings at the joint. Place wing pieces in the bag of seasoned flour and shake to coat.
Oven Method: Preheat oven to 400F/200C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment and lay wings on sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through and crispy.
