Crispy Air Fryer Wings

This is a very basic wing recipe for the air fryer. The crispy secret is the coating.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken wings tips removed

Seasoned Flour

  • 3/4 cup cake flour
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tbsp seasoned salt

Instructions

  • Mix all the seasoned flour ingredients together. Divide equally between 2 plastic bags.
  • Place half of the wings in each bag; shake to coat with the flour mixture.
  • Let the wings stand for about 10 minutes or until the seasoned flour coating begins to get sticky.
  • Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may have to do this in batches depending on the size of your fryer). Spray with some oil.
  • Air fry at 360 degrees F for 13 minutes; turn and air fry at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes. Times may vary by the power of your fryer. Mines is 1800W.
  • If you fry in batches, keep the cooked wings in a 200 degrees F oven to stay hot.
