Crispy Air Fryer Wings
This is a very basic wing recipe for the air fryer. The crispy secret is the coating.

tips removed
Seasoned Flour

cake flour

garlic powder

white pepper

Instructions
Mix all the seasoned flour ingredients together. Divide equally between 2 plastic bags.
Place half of the wings in each bag; shake to coat with the flour mixture.
Let the wings stand for about 10 minutes or until the seasoned flour coating begins to get sticky.
Place in a single layer in the
air fryer
basket (you may have to do this in batches depending on the size of your fryer). Spray with some oil.
Air fry at 360 degrees F for 13 minutes; turn and air fry at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes. Times may vary by the power of your fryer. Mines is 1800W.
If you fry in batches, keep the cooked wings in a 200 degrees F oven to stay hot.
