I&#039;ve just re-read the instructions, your oven isn&#039;t hot enough, that&#039;s why you&#039;re not getting the rise. You need to turn it up as hot as it will go and then turn it down to 220C when you put the puddings in to cook.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[British person here, the Yorkshire puddings in the pictures are very flat, I think you&#039;re using too much flour; it really shouldn&#039;t be an equal amount to the milk. Also the reason you leave it to rest is so that any lumps drop to the bottom of the mix and don&#039;t get poured into the hot tin.  I hope this helps]]></description>
