<li><i>1/4 cup olive oil</i></li>
<li><i>salt</i></li>
<li><i>pepper</i></li>

<div><i>Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.</i></div>

<div><i>Cut the potatoes into wedges lengthwise.  Then cut in half to make 2 pieces.  Place the potatoes in a bowl and toss with the olive oil.</i></div>

<div><i>Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.  Spread the potatoes out in a single layer making sure a white part of the potato and not the skin is touching the foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.  Add other seasonings too&#8230;whatever you like.</i></div>

<div><i>Bake for 30-40 minutes, depending on thickness of wedges.</i><br />
