All measures are approximate. Feel free to add whatever herbs/spices you like or add/cut down on some of my seasonings.</div>

<ul class="ingredients">
<li><i style="text-align: left;">1 cup plain breadcrumbs</i></li>
<li><i style="text-align: left;">1 tbs onion powder</i></li>
<li><i style="text-align: left;">2 tbs garlic powder</i></li>
<li><i style="text-align: left;">3 tbs parmesan or romano cheese</i></li>
<li><i style="text-align: left;">1 tsp salt</i></li>
<li><i style="text-align: left;">1/2 tsp pepper</i></li>
<li><i style="text-align: left;">1/4 tsp oregano</i></li>
<li><i style="text-align: left;">2 tbs parsley</i></li>
</ul>
<p></p>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<i>Mix all together. I use this as a chicken coating a la Shake-N-Bake. You could use for pork, but I&#8217;d suggest a change-up in herbs from oregano to a little thyme and a pinch of sage. Also use this when making turkey meatballs or regular meatballs with ground beef.</i><br />
<i><br /></i><br />
<i>If you prefer ranch flavoring all that would be is 1 &#8211; 1 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs mixed with 1 package of dry ranch dressing mix.</i><br />
<i><br /></i><br />
<i>Saves $$!!!</i></p>
