<div>Yes that was a lot of years ago now!!!  Those were the days when I wore like a size 6 or 7 and thought I was FAT&#8211;oh yeah&#8211;so used to go on crazy diets to &#8220;lose weight&#8221; OY VAY.  You know, I wish I was that fat NOW.  BTW, that cuckoo diet was Dr Stillman&#8217;s Quick Weight Loss Diet&#8211;the famous &#8220;8 glasses of water a day&#8221; diet.  OK, THAT is a healthy habit I always kept up!!</div>

<div>Anyway, this was so good I&#8217;ve been making many different versions of it since 1971.  The version above is yet another &#8220;jazzed up&#8221; version I&#8217;m giving the recipe for, but I&#8217;ll also include what the original was by marking the ingredients with an asterisk (*)</div>

<li><i>4 oz lean ground beef*</i></li>
<li><i>1 tsp soy sauce*</i></li>
<li><i>1/2 tsp garlic powder*</i></li>
<li><i>1/8 tsp pepper*</i></li>
<li><i>1 tsp peanut butter</i></li>
<li><i>2 green onions, sliced</i></li>
<li><i>4 grape tomatoes, sliced in half</i></li>

<div><i>Heat a non-stick skillet (don&#8217;t use any oil or spray!!) over medium heat.  Break the eggs open in the pan and scramble in pan until almost set.</i></div>

<div><i>Add the ground beef and brown, breaking up large chunks.  Add soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper, peanut butter, green onions and tomatoes.</i></div>

<div><i>Stir until well combined and heat about 1 minute.</i></div>
