Heat<br />
the semi sweet chocolate chips and butter in a microwave safe bowl in<br />
20 second increments, stirring between each until almost melted &#8211; do not<br />
overheat or it will burn. When it is almost all melted take it out and<br />
stir till all of it is melted in. </i></div>

a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar, vanilla and orange extract<br />
until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to low and beat in melted<br />
chocolate. Mix in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate<br />
chunks and M&amp;M&#8217;s.</i></div>

Drop<br />
by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.  Bake<br />
for 12-15 minutes until cookies are shiny and crackly, but soft in the<br />
center. Cool on baking sheets for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire<br />
racks and cool completely.</i></div>
