Who doesn’t love their slow cooker?

I’ve just recently rekindled my relationship with my three crock pots and am basking in my re-found love!

A couple of recipes here require initial browning of meat before starting the cooking process, but it’s one you won’t be sorry for doing.  This one step adds unbelievable flavor to the dish.
