I was so glad I discovered this because like you say–many uses!!! I even got the one you have to cook and it’s far superior to cornstarch! Great idea with the 2 Jellos for the 4th!

I recently used it to make freezer strawberry jam. Just mash the fruit, mix the clear jel with sugar (I used Wheylow) let it sit for about ten minutes to thicken, and into clean jars it goes. Since you don’t cook the fruit you retain the fresh taste and bright color of the berry. Also great to use in homemade ice cream.
Thanks for the poke cake recipe. Might try it with stawberry & blueberry jello for the 4th.
