I absolutely love using my Instant Pot to do potatoes for salads in the summer–I’ve pressure cooked potatoes for years for this in hot weather because the last thing I want to do is add even more humidity to the air!!!!

Yes–that would be the perfect way to cook this on an outdoor grill. Then just finish it up over direct heat to crisp it and get grill marks.
