I am so amazed how fast it is to prepare this delicious meal. Indeed it is one of the easiest real-food that we have. A lifesaver for someone who barely have time to cook on weekdays. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

I use Rice Bran oil, it has a higher heat ratio and does not smoke. There is not any taste either.

Sure–if it’s a good stainless one, make sure it gets good and hot before you add the oil. Resist temptation to peek and check on the browning for about 5 mins. Trying to move them before they’ll stick. If non-stick is all you have that’s ok too, but it won’t brown as nicely.
