					<description><![CDATA[OMG...this was perfect! I served this on burger buns. I only used 2 tbls of liquid smoke. I didn&#039;t have celery salt so I used kosher salt and added half a stalk of fresh minced celery. I love that this made lots of au jus sauce for dipping! The meat was so tender. This tasted like brisket from a really good barbeque place. I&#039;ll be making this a lot! Thanks Judith =D]]></description>
