Callen, you really have to know your cooker for the cook times because it will vary. That&#039;s my 7 quart Crock Pot brand cooker and that cooks a bit on the fast side so everything was done in about 6 hours, but plan on 8. Nope no water. Take a look at the finished pic and you see how much you get just from the chicken and the veggies. I ended up with about 1 cup of rather delicious stock here.]]></description>
