I kept mine for about 1 month and it was still good. My fridge runs very cold, but with the dairy in it, I wouldn’t keep it after about 4 weeks (if it lasts!)

My mom used to make a garlic dressing similar to this one. Hers was on a larger scale. It made several jars. It came out thick and it was to die for..We no longer have the recipe but, this looks like it will be a close one. Can’t wait to try it..
