We love pork chops and this recipe sounds scrumptious! Pork is underrated as far as we’re concerned. It really isn’t high in calories and it’s delicious!! The sauce sounds wonderful. Will definitely give it a try.

You should be ok with that Angela, but you might have to add a pinch of sugar to counteract the tartness of the yogurt.

These chops sound sooo delicious! For health reasons of a family member, I think I’ll use Half & Half instead of heavy cream….or do you think that fat-free Greek yogurt might work – without changing the flavor of the sauce too much?
