Just made this and it was soooo good. I added mushrooms and garlic to the onions when I sautéed then, but no other additions delicious just the way it is and super easy. Will definitely make again.

Pork chops is one of my favorite things to eat too!! The potatoes do come out a bit watery–which is ok and they taste fine–but you might want to check out the scalloped potato recipe I link to in that post. There, the sauce is very creamy and doesn’t get watery so if you wanted to, you could make the sauce from that recipe–omitting the cheese if you want–and just substitute that for the soup mixture!

If you have a 13 x 9 that’d work too! Probably the potatoes would cook much faster, so check on doneness about 10 minutes before my stated cook time!

Good morning. This sounds and looks wonderful. Awesome recipe for Sunday dinner. My 11 x7 baking dish looks smaller than your dish in the picture. I do not think I can get 6 pork chops in mine. Thanks for sharing. Love your blog.

We love Pork Chops, so I try to serve them every couple of weeks (or so). I have several ways which I prepare them, but I’ll definitely try this one – especially since I’ve been promising my family that I’ll make Scalloped Potatoes sometime very soon. How nice that it’s all in one pan, and sounds so very easy to prepare. Your recipes are always a huge hit on our dinner table!
