					<description><![CDATA[Interesting, &#038; different than what most of us are familiar with as far as Chicken Salad is concerned.  Nevertheless, it sounds very tasty.  Whenever we have chicken, I always make sure I cook enough to have leftovers, b/c we all enjoy Chicken Salad sandwiches for lunch the following day.  I never would have thought to add Basil or Parm, but  being a Badil lover, I gotta try this!  BTW, after my outdoor herb garden is no longer producing, I grow my favorite herbs indoors in an &quot;Aero Garden&quot;.  It was a gift &#038; I love it, especially since during the winter months -  my supermarket doesn&#039;t always have the herbs which I commonly use.  Thanks for the recipe <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" />]]></description>
