Nevertheless, it sounds very tasty. Whenever we have chicken, I always make sure I cook enough to have leftovers, b/c we all enjoy Chicken Salad sandwiches for lunch the following day. I never would have thought to add Basil or Parm, but being a Badil lover, I gotta try this! BTW, after my outdoor herb garden is no longer producing, I grow my favorite herbs indoors in an “Aero Garden”. It was a gift & I love it, especially since during the winter months – my supermarket doesn’t always have the herbs which I commonly use. Thanks for the recipe 🙂
