					<description><![CDATA[We made this stew for lunch today, the flavors were very good. We followed the recipe exactly except that that 2 cups of beef broth was not enough. We had to add another two cups before it went in the oven. When we checked it at 2 hours, we had to add one more cup. I am saying this so others know to have more broth on hand in case they need it too. Thank you for the recipe.]]></description>

The French oven is the way to go on this I think. That slow controlled cooking is where the flavor comes from. FYI I&#039;m not a real fan of beef stew but I really loved this one!!!]]></description>
