It was our first attempt at a cooking video. I don't know how to edit on a Mac–so you notice there are no cuts!

We hadn't planned to do this video–it was completely spur of the moment– which is why none of the ingredients were ready!!

Looking at it a year later, it made me smile. Perhaps we should do a few more–but with a bit more advance preparation!!
