I’m pretty sure there’s a gluten-free version of frozen rolls since there’s so much available now without gluten.

I’ll give these a go at our next dinner party. Do you know if there are gluten free frozen uncooked rolls available? It is nice to be inclusive when inviting people over dinner and the last time we had a celiac dinner guest, she was so happy when we pulled out the wheat-free bread. Baking it fresh, with fresh herbs and Italian cheese would take things to the next level.
