The mix I prefer is about 1 tbs ground cinnamon to 2 tbs sugar. My advice is to try with a little cinnamon then keep increasing it until you are satisfied with the flavor–it’s pretty subjective. You can buy it pre-mixed but it’s expensive for what it is.
