					<description><![CDATA[Semolina is NOT used in polenta. Semolina is the base for cooked breakfast cereal (Malt-o Meal, Cream of Wheat), and is also used in making pudding and pasta. It’s wheat. Polenta is made from cornmeal. While cornmeal could be used in this recipe, I agree with you that it will be much better with polenta. I’ll be making these potatoes with my Mother’s Day steaks tomorrow. They look divine and I bet they’ll taste great too!]]></description>
