That’s primarily what I use it for Marisa. I always hated boiling huge pots of water, then draining…YUCK. Now if I could only figure out how to do lasagna noodles in it…but I generally make up a lasagna with uncooked noodles or use the oven-ready.

I haven’t tried to make pasta in a rice cooker – the cooker we have is really old-fashioned kind and was given to us by our daughter. She never used it so she gave it to us. One of the reasons I like cooking in the salted water is because I always save some of the water for the sauce. Great recipe!
