I read and re-read the instructions, but I don&#039;t see where the water comes in. I am guessing it goes in with the rest of the ingredients (tomato puree, hot sauce, salt and pepper). Is that correct? This recipe sounds and looks great. I have to try this one. Thanks for sharing]]></description>
