Not being a bread expert, I usually go to King Arthur’s site–www.kingarthurflour.com –to see why something isn’t quite right. It may have been that you let it rise too long…but I’m just guessing. It’s only recently I’ve began having some success with anything yeasty. And LOL at your description!!!

Overall it was quite tasteful. Husband had no complaints and throughly enjoyed them whereas I can be too much of a critic hehe. Thanks for the recipe, can't get kings Hawaiian rolls now since moving to Australia.
