We love Tortellini, so I plan to make it this coming Wednesday – which is ‘pasta night’ here. I’d also like to mention that we enjoyed your recipe for “Gnocchi w/Spinach & Turkey Sausage”. I didn’t have any Gnocchi at the time, so I used Cheese Tortellini, instead. Our dinner turned out INCREDIBLY delicious, and I’ve since served it to company (with a Tossed Italian Salad, Garlic Bread, and Pinot Grizio). They loved it! I’ll definitely serve it again….w/Gnocchi, or sometimes with Tortellini. Either way, it’s a magnificent dish!
